1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes 
We currently offer two delivery options across India:
            Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
            Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
       Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on your location, product                 availability, or external courier delays.
2. Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment          confirmation.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business      day.
3. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your        delivery location and selected shipping method.
4. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or            SMS, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
5. Delivery Areas
    We currently ship to most locations across India. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to provide alternative solutions.
6. Delays and Exceptions
     While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Operational delays from courier partners
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
JANTA GRAH UDYOG is not liable for such delays but will make every effort to resolve delivery issues quickly.
7. Failed Deliveries
    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability        the recipient, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.
    Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
